    1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms of service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scaffix ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website, products, and services. 2. Scaffolding Services

Scaffix provides professional scaffolding services, including design, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

All services provided by us are subject to these Terms and any additional terms in your specific service agreement or contract.

    3. Quotations and Service Agreements

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding agreement is formed only when you accept our quotation in writing and we confirm the booking of our services.

We reserve the right to amend our quotation if:

    • The information provided by you was incomplete or inaccurate.
    • The scope of work changes from what was originally quoted.
    • Site conditions differ from those described or anticipated when the quotation was provided.
    • Additional work becomes necessary for safety or compliance reasons.

    4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • A deposit may be required before work commences.
    • Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
    • For long-term projects, we may issue interim invoices at regular intervals.
    • If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 4% above the base rate of the Bank of England.

    • Not interfere with or modify our scaffolding structures without our written permission.
    • Immediately report any damage to or concerns about our scaffolding.
    • Notify us promptly if the scaffolding is no longer needed.

    6. Health and Safety

We prioritize health and safety and comply with all relevant regulations. You agree to cooperate with us in maintaining a safe working environment and to inform us of any specific health and safety requirements or hazards at your site.

Only authorized personnel may use or modify our scaffolding. Unauthorized use or modification may compromise safety and will void our liability for any resulting damage or injury.

    8. Cancellation and Termination

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, cancellation fees may apply as follows:

    • Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled start date: No fee
    • Cancellation between 2-7 days before the scheduled start date: 25% of the total fee

All intellectual property rights in our designs, plans, methods, and documentation remain our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or share these without our written permission.
